I am here to partner with you to help you get through the hard things in life and help you find joy. I have experience working with clients from a wide variety of identities and situations. I am a non judgmental therapist who practices with an understanding of how the broader state of the world impacts your life. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate that with a wide variety of therapeutic interventions to provide therapy that works for you. I know finding a therapist can be a difficult process. I will do my best to make it as comfortable as possible for you! I am an anxiety, depression, and trauma therapist in West Des Moines, Iowa. I see clients in the office and over Telehealth. I see clients ages 11 and up and accept insurance for appointments.
